I am a 2002 graduate of St. Marys Hight School. I have been married to my wife Clarissa for 18 years and have 4 wonderful boys together, Landon, Isaac, Elijah and Caden. As a father I have supported and volunteered my time with my kids activities in the capacity of coach and mentor and also a Cub Scout Master.
I am the son of Tim and Alfaretta Kimball of St. Marys. I grew up in a proud Union home. A lifelong resident of Pleasants County and lifelong Republican.
After high school I began what would be a 13-year career in the United States Air Force as a Military Police officer. After leaving the Air Force I found work as a supervisor for Habitat for Humanity and Capital Sand Proppants. I have also held positions as a correctional officer and served on the St. Marys City Council. In addition to my public service, I have also been an active member of my Church at First Baptist Church of St. Marys serving with the media team and being a part of the Trustee and Deacon boards and serving as Chairman of the Pastoral Search Committee and the Pastoral Relations Committee.
My life has largely been a life of service to others which began as a young man while being part of my local Hebron 4H Club.
I looks forward to serving in the House of Delegates to better serve the people of District 9.

My platform is an expression of my core values as a Christian man and Republican. It is also a snapshot in time, an historical artifact for future generations to know what I stood for and what I believed. I believe, as the Declaration of Independence states, that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” I stand on the traditional American values: strong national defense, personal responsibility, support for law enforcement and the rule of law, fiscal restraint, economic freedom, free enterprise, and traditional family values.
